wa11a6y-stock's Public Use Guidelines:

1. You are free to use any images in this account as source material for sketches or paintings or other forms of traditional art. Whether the images are to posted here at deviantART or an Art Show or Gallery elsewhere.

You are also free to use any images in this account as source material for photo-manips here at deviantART. You may also display them at DevMeets or your gallery space at a DevArt Summit. But, if you plan on selling copies in those venues, please refer to point number 4.

NOTE: A photo manipulation is more that just taking a stock photo and changing the gammas and/or contrast, colorizing or applying filter/texture to the image. It's replacing the background and/or blending it with other images and turning it into your own creation through time and effort. My very 1st photomanip took me 9 hours!

2. If you use one of my images in a photo-manip or as an art reference, please send me a link to your finished work, via a Note, and I'll add it to my Favorites. The more helpful I see my stock is, the more inclined I'll be to produce more.

3. If you'd like to use one of my images offsite (other than here at deviantART), please ask my permission first, via a Note. And briefly explain your intended use: LiveJournal Icon, poem illustration on my website, etc. I tend to be generous when asked politely.

If you don't ask permission, then it's copyright infringement. If I find out, you'll be dealing with my lawyer! (Or your parents will, if you are under 18!)

4. If you want to use my stock in a commercial project, please contact me first, via a Note, both here and at my main account, =wa11a6y. Include a synopsis of your project: CD cover, advertisement, rave poster, etc.

Why Note both accounts? Because I check my main account daily! I only check this stock account 2 or 3 times a month. If you want to use it for a commercial project, then chances are you're on a deadline and need a response ASAP. That's why!!!

If the stock image is of me, chances are it's fine to use. Stock of other models may be restricted to DA use only, depending on the model.

If I give you permission, please credit me on the completed project (even if it's in 5 point type).
